03. Telemetry & Hardware Logs

For clients enrolled in our Remote Monitoring and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), our diagnostic systems collect operational data from deployed signage controllers, including:

• Controller and sending card operating temperatures, voltage draws, and receiving card link states.
• Panel pixel failure matrices (dead pixel clusters) for automated warranty dispatch.
• Media player network ping latency, storage buffer thresholds, and firmware version levels.

We do not capture, record, or retain any public audience video feeds or end-user surveillance media from our digital screens or interactive touch kiosks.
